Seed Hypermedia is open-source software designed to operate as a decentralized peer-to-peer network. The software allows users to run their own nodes and publish content independently. Because of this architecture, many interactions within the network occur directly between users and independently operated nodes.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information processed by Mintter when operating services related to Seed Hypermedia. It does not apply to nodes operated independently by users or third parties.

2. Decentralized Network Architecture
Seed Hypermedia is designed as a decentralized system composed of independently operated nodes.
When users operate their own nodes, Mintter does not have access to the data stored on those nodes and does not collect or process information generated by those systems.
Operators of independent nodes are responsible for their own privacy practices and policies.
This Privacy Policy therefore applies primarily to services directly operated by Mintter, including hosted nodes, infrastructure services, and websites operated by Mintter.

Information stored on independently operated nodes remains under the control of the operators of those nodes.
