Project Task: Open Document Tabs on the Main Panel

Document tabs open on the main panel. We embrace Xavi's idea of opening everything on the main panel, using the accessory panel as an actual side panel to open resources when you need parallel views. And we standardize the behaviour with mobile, which feels very intuitive: open discussions, versions, and directories directly on the main panel.

We still need designs for the right panel behaviour, but the direction is that supernumbers and highlights will open the right panel.
