Decisions made:
Because we are adding the Edit button to the Document toolbar, we can make that bar "Sticky. It is not required, but it could be nice. Wikipedia does not have the Edit button sticky, but it is nice to have it always accessible. We need to decide. horacio believes this is not that important now.
We have duplicate tabs now in the document tools and in the accessory panels. we are going to remove the tabs from the accessory panel
We will add an X to the accessory panels, and remove the accessory panel toggle button in the tittlebar.
We will redesign a bit the document tools as shown in the preview

I believe we should keep document tools below the title to keep the information architecture right. Otherwise, I again we get into the problem of thiking that the tools are side-wide instead of document specific.
the problem is what happens when we scrool the document. An idea is to move the edit button to the top right and make the title and edit button sticky.
