🔴 She expected some kind of intro in the homepage, "where I am, what is this, what I can do?" Action → add more home intro formats, ie: cover with text intro on top (hero style)
🟢 She navigated easy, she though she was in some kind of blog
🔴 She would expect search inside each section. She didn't see the search option.

🔴 She understands there is people but not that she can participate.
🔴 It feels as a passive experience, just reading.
Because the site/blog look she don't understand it is a collaborative place and also because there is no context.
I'd expect and intro to all these collaborative options.
🔴 She haven't seen the 18 people collaborating. When she does she says: "It is not clear to me what this "18 people collaborating" are doing here"
🔴 She finds the general comments, but she was expecting this in specific sections like "blog" not everywhere.
🔴 She misses all the actions strips. When she finds them she understands how they work easily, ie: sharing a text block
Action → I believe we need to find a way to avoid this site look and feel that moves the user far a way from a collaborative tool (ideas to be explore)
Action → The main values of the tool, comment and link need to be more prominent and highlighted in the experience. Maybe even adding a small intro on the home page.

🔴 When she wants to comment finds very abrupt the switch to Hypermedia. What is Hypermedia? What they want from me? I need more context or having Hypermedia on the site somewhere, ie: This is build by Hypermedia, and a link to it". Action → Apply the copy I created to intro Hypermedia. If you tell me create an account with Google ok, but I don't know what Hypermedia is.
Action → Add "Powered by Hypermedia" on sites to give some previous context more prominent?
🔴 When she tries to create account she gets stuck on the passkey. For her it would be a drop out, she will use password. Also she mentions that her clients will 100% not use it if they have to use Passkey. Action → We need to implement password option ASAP an avoid that it can be recover. A big % of users will use this option, it can not be 💩
