PMF: do they sense "people are here" vs. just content (archive vs. living space)

PMF: does discussing in context feel natural vs. how they normally comment (Docs, Slack, email)

PMF: what would push them from reading to creating an account

Script

Open link — first contact (Link site Lunaticoin).

  • Intro: Imagine that a colleague shares a site with you which is about a topic that is really of your interest (now is bitcoin 😅).

  • What's your first impression — what do you think this is?

  • What stands out?

  • Does it feel like there are people here, or just content? What gives you that sense, or what's missing?

Explore

  • Try to find any content that seems interesting for you. How did that go?

  • How does navigating content compare to how you'd normally come across something like this online?

  • What other options on the page stands out, not clear or you miss?

Comment and discuss

  • Try to participate somewhere that seems interesting. How did that feel, was it where you expected?

  • How does discussing it here compare to how you'd normally talk about this with other tools you use? (Slack, email, social media)

  • Does this feel like a useful place to have that conversation, or would you take it elsewhere?

Join (sign in / create account)

  • Now try to add some feedback in any specific sentence that you find interesting.

  • Sign in or create an account — anything unclear in this process? Check the avatar, the steps themself.

  • What would make creating an account here worth it to you, versus just reading and leaving?

  • After creating the account what you think it change? What you can do?

Wrap-up

  • Is there a project or conversation from your world that comes to mind as you go through this?

  • How would you share the content you want with someone? Who, and for what? (link action)

  • What else you can think you can do with sharing? Review concepts like share in a comment, share to on other sites...)
