Content Principles
Cluster before publishing — Don't publish isolated posts. Build clusters of 3+ related pieces.
Cross-link aggressively — Every article should discoverably connect to its cluster.
Complete before promoting — Don't add links to skeleton pages (see: Codesign lesson).
Own the gaps — If an external account covers part of a territory you own, either write your version or explicitly defer.

Recent Revisions
2026-07-24 — Graduated Trust Seed RFC promoted to P0 in current quarter. The essay revision provides sufficient material to extract a protocol spec. This is higher leverage than any single piece of content because it makes the idea product-relevant. Trust cluster expansion pieces (EigenTrust comparison, AI PR case study) moved to Q4 to follow the RFC.
