Why it's signature: This is the most original idea in the repository. It inverts the traditional OSS contribution model — shifting cost from maintainers to contributors in proportion to social distance from the project. The graph itself becomes the proof-of-work, and AI cannot fabricate human reputation chains.

Why it's signature: As AI collapses the cost of content generation, the scarce resource becomes trusted provenance, not production. Seed's content-addressed, signed, capability-based architecture is the infrastructure for the AI era.
