HM26 revocation (draft)
A draft authority statement schema, with agreed invariants and explicitly provisional representation.

DRAFT — schema definition only; this page issues no grant or revocation. See authority design notes.

DRAFT separate signed admin-only revocation of a reader/writer grant by immutable CID. The signer must have admin authority for the same scope; issuers have no independent right to revoke. Admin grants remain irrevocable. Shape validity alone does not prove authority or settle descendant effects, concurrency, or historical content.

This authority statement extends the existing signed Blob envelope directly. Placement and integration with mutable nodes remain separate, open design questions.
