As a user I want to add content to a document through a clear and consistent interaction so that I can create documents and content quickly without confusion, duplicate controls or unnecessary steps.

US-4.1 As an editor I want to modify text, images, or formatting in a document So that I can update and improve the document’s content and appearance.

Acceptance Criteria
Copy pasting content doesn't copy Block-IDs, only the content. Content includes text and any ProseMirror atoms.
UT-05 Navigate and modify subdocuments 🟢
As an Editor, I want to click on a document and access editing options so that I can quickly modify it or perform contextual actions on it.
Problem: Right now we have hover states, click states, and the 3-dot menu all behaving differently across context.
UT-06 Review document versions 🟠
As an editor I want to check all document versions history So that I can review what updates and changes has been done.
UT-07 Customize reading theme 🟡
As a reader, I want to customise the reading theme — choosing between serif and sans-serif fonts, light and dark colour schemes, and small, medium, or large text sizes — so that I can read content comfortably in any environment and according to my personal preferences.
UT-08 Create and edit a document link (embed) 🔴
Interaction when hovering a link to start editing - on read/edit mode *It's difficult to start editing when a page is all links (ie: design)
