RULES OF EXTRAORDINARY HALVING LOTTERY
After the success of the first "Bitcoiner Lottery" with the NaBITdad Lottery with 100% of the proceeds distributed in prizes: 2,670,000satoshis drawn with a prize of 50% of total collection for one single 3-figure winner (1,335,000sats) and 50% of total collection between four 2-figure winners (333,750sats) we return with a special lottery for the halving.
RULES:
There will be 1,000 unique entries from 000 to 999: each number is priced at 3,000 satoshis on the Lightning Network and prizes will be paid through the Lightning Network.

Each user can purchase any amount of numbers they wish and win the prizes corresponding to each number:

100% of the payments will go towards prizes as follows:
- 50% of the jackpot to be distributed to 1 3-figure winner
- 50% of the jackpot, to be distributed among the winners of the last 2 figures.

The winning number will be defined by the number of transactions included in BLOCK 840,000 corresponding to the first block with a halving of the mined block reward (known as a halving that occurs every 210,000 blocks, estimated between April 18-20th).
(To clarify and using https://mempool.space/, we are going to use the first block of the previous halving number 630,000 as an example:)
PRIZE DISTRIBUTION = as follows in the event that all 1000 tickets are sold:

Total fundraising: 1000 participations x 3000sats → 3,000,000 satoshis to be distributed among the winners

First prize: 50% collection for 134 → 1,500,000 satoshis for 1 winner of the three figures
•
Second prizes: 1/9 (the ninth part) of 50% for each one of the "X34": 034, 234, 334, 434, 534, 634, 734, 834, 934 → 166,666 satoshis for each of the 9 winners
IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Participations are non-refundable and changes cannot be made.
• When making the purchase, it will be mandatory to fill out at least the first contact field through the Btcpayserver form with the username on a social network (Telegram, Twitter, Nostr or email) and indicating if it is possible in it. field the social network to be able to send the prizes. You can optionally add the contact name and even an LN Address type email address to receive payment without having to contact.
• The winning block must have more than 999 transactions included. If 999 operations are not reached, that block will be discarded and the next block will be used until it exceeds 999 transactions.
• Ticket sales will not stop until they are sold out
• If the 1000 numbers are not fully sold, the draw will be held and the prize will be distributed in the same proportions of sold numbers/1000. If a 3-digit number not assigned to anyone in block 840,000 is the winner, the 3 winning digits of the next one will be used, and so on consecutively until one single 3-digit winner IS sold who will take 50% of the prize. The remaining 50% of the prize will be distributed (excluding the 3-figure winner as a 2-figure winner only if there are at least 2 other 2-figure winners other than the 3-figure winner) equally among the 9 2-figure winners. That is, the unsold 2-figure prizes will be distributed among the rest of the 2-figure winners. In the extreme case that there was only one 3-figure winner and no 2-figure winners, the second prize would also be assigned to the 3-figure winner.
Visual example of the result from mempool.space, using the 3-digit block in the example used previously as the first block without a winner: If block 840,000 is the winner with 3,134 transactions and the number 134 (we assume) has NOT been sold, it will be used the next block is 840,001, which turns out to have 3,295 operations, that is, the winner is 295 (we assume) that DOES have an owner and he will receive 50% of the prize. If it turns out that 195, 395, 495, 595, 695, 795 YES have been sold, but 895 and 995 have NOT, then 195, 395, 495, 595, 695, 795 will be equally distributed the corresponding 50% for second prizes , resulting in 1/6 (one sixth) for each of the second prizes with the given example, instead of 1/9 that would correspond if all 999 entries are sold.
In the extreme case that only the first prize and a second prize have been sold, 295 and 595 (for example), 75% of the total proceeds will go to the first prize and 25% of the total proceeds will go to the second prize.
NUMBERS SALE:

The sale of numbers will be done through Lightning Network in a BTCPayServer hosted at https://dinerosinreglas.com/ (where you can create a similar store for free and connect it to a lightning or on-chain node). 1000 numbers will be put up for sale (1 number = 1 sale, no one else will have that number but you) and the first ones will be able to choose the numbers they want, that is, the first ones will have more options to choose from since the next ones will have to choose between the unsold numbers still.

It is highly recommended as an additional guarantee and to remember the numbers played to take a screenshot or save the static address of the receipt after payment where it says "SEE RECEIPT" where the purchased numbers are shown. Before payment, it is essential to generate the receipt to have entered the contact information of a social network before payment (the system will require at least 1, you must write something in the mandatory field or it will not allow the invoice to progress, and this will be the method to contact, claim a lightning invoice with the prize to receive and send the prize)

The only objective is to have a World Bitcoiner Lottery contest, where the entire jackpot from payments are distributed in prizes, unlike the majority of national lotteries where the distribution for prizes barely reaches 70% and from that we must subtract the taxes derived from those Profits.
