The reader misses the Document Backlinks.

When I publish a document to create a Tag, I want to ensure that Readers see the Backlinks of the Tag. This functionality makes the use of Citations part of the main product.
The current interface treats Citations as a Secondary Entity. No user will use the Citations tabs unless it uses something very specific, which makes my intent useless!
A solution could be to have the Citation List under the document rather than on the Right Menu.

Once we create the activity feed for a document, how will impact this functionality?

Some users might want the Activity Feed under or left the document.
