Looks like I can finally keep Mintter running

I used to have so many issues trying to keep Mintter running long-term on my computer.

Looks like after implementing Project: Backoff Peer-Routing and Syncing I can finally do it, and I'm pretty happy about that!

I often get frustrated about how much there's still to do though.
